Queenshill locates at the former Burma Lines military barrack. With a site area of approx. 13.65 ha (gross), it developed into a mixed-use public housing development comprising of 7 PRH blocks and 6 SSF blocks.

CONECPT/ FITT identity has unique characteristics with continuity. We see the continuity of the fitt logo as a journey. The journey starts from fitt and leads to the future. From there the new headquarter marks as a milestone within the journey which bring fitt forward.

The idea comes from braiding. Our design organized the style of living in a fashion and modest way. Modular housing or Modular Integrated Construction has been a familiar term since Le Corbusier.

Swirlwalk is an artificial landscape. We intend to capture the natural seamless form of landscape in walk path. We developed Swirlwalk.

The design is inspired by the beauty of a motherboard. A plain sheet of boundary that withholds all the circuit of the system that function withing the community in a efficient and provisional way. It is the community system of every computer systems.

A lighthouse art hotel. Our vision suggests that the lighthouse hotel should be a hybrid between a hotel and a museum. A place where relax is enriched by art, conference rooms, amphitheaters, art gallery with permanent or seasonal exhibitions.

Project ZERO minimizes the building footprint. ZERO has height of 700m and 700m wide. It is a sphere-like tectonic monument located in the center of the city. Using the modern construction technology, Zero can craft almost no footprint to the ground level and extend from the ground to the sky.

At the red square of Russia, our design idea is to connect surround key monuments with an interlink bridge.

An education center located in Pound Lane, HK. It consists of 2 sectors with landscape on the right and main circulation on the left, The main block functioning as a divider and the circulation side relink the existing pound lane.
